KMA provides product training and education to all team members on a continuous and consistent basis. This ensures that the firm procures the most cost effective and appropriate products for each client and their individual needs.

We've long implemented Total Quality Management and a quality design review process (which includes review and input by senior associates and principles for every project). Drawings are reviewed starting with concept renderings and schematic design through construction documentation.

Our highly trained staff adeptly reduces errors during the design and construction processes to ensure our clients a high-level of satisfaction.
