Jen has 11 years of experience in architecture and development, spanning affordable and market-rate housing, hospitality, and industrial projects. A registered architect in Pennsylvania, she first joined KMA as an intern in 2014 and returned in 2023 as Marketing & Business Development Manager.
Among her most memorable projects is St. Joseph’s Place in Collingdale, PA, which transformed two historic Catholic schools into affordable senior housing. The project holds special meaning for Jen because her grandfather expanded the original school building as part of his work as a real estate agent for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Jen helped renew the building’s energy and repurpose it for housing.
Jen brings a unique perspective to marketing and business development. She especially enjoys the early stages of a project, when creative possibilities begin to take shape and a client’s goals and vision start to become a reality.
