Martina has 20 years of architectural experience across single-family and multifamily housing, institutional projects, new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse, specializing in affordable housing and sustainable design.
Among her favorite projects is Alician Apartments in Upper Darby, PA, which transformed an existing school building through adaptive reuse and new construction. The project posed unique challenges, including preserving the original stonework and integrating structural systems from different eras.
Martina especially enjoys the conceptual design phase, approaching each design as a puzzle where creativity, client goals, and practical constraints converge. She values building lasting relationships with clients and project teams that evolve into long-term partnerships.
